A six-year-old boy with regurgitation of fluids from nose and mouth

Abstract

We report an unusual complaint in an older child related to repeated regurgitation of food and liquid from the mouth and nose. Investigations revealed Morgagni hernia, a rare form of congenital diaphragmatic hernia infrequently diagnosed in the neonatal period.
