Abstract

Life scientists use a variety of bioinformatics tools to perform tasks such as annotation of and protein sequences. Most of these tools areline driven and handle various data types (nucleotide, protein, etc.) and data formats (Fasta, , etc.). As many bioinformatics software tools generally involved in analysis tasks, scientists are and more requiring that these heterogeneous tools be integrated in a uniform way. re also requiring graphical user interfaces of tools, and the ability to compose workflows much programming effort. IElarbin this paper, propose a Web services based framework that meets the above requirements.
