Abstract

Upon review of studies, researchers concluded that about 40% of children with ASD had at least one comorbid diagnosed anxiety disorder. Psychologists include numerous diagnoses under the heading of Anxiety Disorders, but the debilitating force behind them all is the presence of excessive worry and fear.
