Abstract

The paper discusses the different techniques currently utilized to analyze project delays. MIA, a new delay analysis technique, is introduced and tested against a case study. It is utilized within an integrated computer systems that will facilitate the process, thus minimizing the time and cost of claims preparation. The system is comprised of integrating existing management software tools, including project management, databases/spreadsheets, and an expert system.
