Delusion of pregnancy in acute psychiatric ward

Abstract

The authors presents three cases with Mania (with delusion of grandiosity) and delusion of pregnancy. They analyze the differences between delusion of pregnancy and pseudocyesis. If the international bibliography say, that this is a rare syndrome, the authors of the present article shows these three cases in only the space of six months.
