Abstract
With regard to 20 patients with osteochondrosis dissecans tali, we consider that the direct radiological magnification technique should be only used in special cases as a primary diagnostic method. With this technique, the trabecular bone structure is visible. Thus it is possible to observe the reintegration of the 'loose body' into the trochlea tali.
