Abstract
The educational sector has witnessed a paradigm shift with the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital leadership. In this chapter, we explore how AI technologies are reshaping leadership practices, curriculum delivery, and workforce management in the educational sphere. Special emphasis is placed on digital nomadism and its implications for leadership in globally interconnected institutions. By analyzing case studies from the UAE, KSA, and Qatar, the chapter examines how educational systems in these countries integrate AI and digital strategies to address localized and global challenges. Policy recommendations are provided to guide effective AI adoption and inclusive educational practices globally.
