Abstract
Wind Energy Plants (WEPs) are receiving a lot of attention because of their unique benefits in the production of sustainable energy. WEP is abundant and environmentally benign as a source of clean energy because it emits no greenhouse gases while in operation. First, this research examines at a Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy distributed H-infinity control strategy based on a dynamic event-triggering procedure for plants with multi-agents. This study offers a dynamic event-triggered method for the networked control systems as an alternative to continuous monitoring techniques. By sending sensor data only when the measured plant measures meet a predetermined event condition, this strategy provides significant advantages over current approaches. As a result, this method produces more effective network resources. Then, it takes into account the nonlinear features of WEP and the constrained channel bandwidth capacity. A new modeling technique is proposed for WEP that incorporates communication limitations. As a second step, the adequate criteria for the asymptotic stability of WEP have been found using the novel fuzzy stability of the Lyapunov concept. The suggested T–S fuzzy controller offers smoother output power, less torque fluctuation, and greater renewable energy usage as compared to a typical control architecture. Thirdly, the dynamic approach raises the channel utilization of the bandwidth rate. Through a practical approach scenario, the viability of a T–S fuzzy controller based on a dynamic event-triggering principle is illustrated with quantitative analysis with maximum time delay bound and efficient bandwidth utilization.
