He has been principal investigator in projects funded by the Brazilian Government (CAPES/CNpQ), Alban (the European Union Programme of High Level Scholarships for Latin America) and research assistant in a project funded by the British Council. His research projects investigated a number of world-class organisations operating in several countries such as USA, Brazil, UK, Germany, Sweden and Thailand.",
