N2 - Excess molar volumes have been determined for N, N′-dimethylformamide + n-decanol, + n-nonanol, + n-octanol, and + n-heptanol at 298.15 K. The excess molar volumes are positive over the whole composition range for all mixtures. The results are discussed in terms of the interactions between the components and the geometrical effects in mixtures.
