Abstract

An approach based on simultaneous stabilization is used in order to accommodate a failure in systems when it occurs. This method consists of computing a single compensator able to stabilize the nominal system and the faulty one. Then we determine a scalar gain which allows the output of the faulty system to be close to the output of the nominal one.
