Similar to Sudan, Egypt has specialized schools for the gifted known as the STEM schools. Another discussed issue in the study is the establishment of enrichment and grouping programs to serve gifted and talented learners. The authors reported that gifted education gets financial support from the government and the private sector. Additional support is provided in the form of scholarships to gifted students by certain institutions such as universities.
