Abstract
Existing research generally believes that supervisory mistreatment leads to negative employee attitudes and behaviors. Drawing on the social learning theory, present study extends the content domain of supervisory mistreatment research by examining the conditional effect of power distance orientation on the relationship between intensity of supervisory mistreatment and employee attitudes.
