Abstract

Communication is one of the main pillars of successful m-learning. This work aims to highlight the possibility of improving communication between instructors and students via WhatsApp. The preliminary data analysis of this pilot study shows that students are already using WhatsApp to communicate among themselves in the college context, and they are willing to have a WhatsApp (WA) class account to improve communication in their classes.
