Abstract

We describe the occurrence of multiple soft tissue nodules in an infant. Internal organs were not affected and myofibromatosis was diagnosed on histopathological examination of the lesions. A genetic mode of inheritance is supported in this family pedigree. A review of the literature highlights the types of infantile myofibromatosis with their different prognosis and the suggested management approach.
