Abstract

This study attempts to investigate language systems that affect the process of recipient's intellectual formulation. It may be considered as an exploratory manipulation (with its mental and rooted reality) that is related to the procedural "HOW" of language mobility. Accordingly, the study is divided into two fields: declarative and procedural. The results reveal that formulation strategy deals with language more than just sounds and signs, it is a given force that enables minds formulate, and an accomplishment tool for human thought system.
