Abstract

2D materials have attracted a lot of interest in the latest years owing to their unique chemical properties. The synthesis of such materials on different substrates and the complexity of creating heterostructures with layers from various nanomaterials have pushed researchers to adopt newer and easier methods for cheap and high-quality films, to satisfy the needs in term of electronic, and photonic. In this project, an instrument will be constructed to fabricate a manual and an automated transfer system with all the required elements for the dry transfer of a high quality 2D heterostructure.
