Ribbon graphs and temperley-lieb algebra

Abstract

Let n be a nonnegative integer, we use ribbon n-graph diagrams and the Yamada polynomial skein relations to construct an algebra Yn which is shown to be closely related to the Temerley-Lieb Algebra τn.
