Abstract

Port sustainability is a pertinent research challenge. Sustainability, in general, can be considered in an environmental, economic, and social context, however, there are varying degrees of attention given to each aspect of sustainability, a fact particularly true at ports. Using Service Level Agreement (SLA) offerings, we provide recommendations on a guaranteeable contracted service, which prioritises the environmental, economic, and social sustainability goals.
