Abstract
A solution is given to the problem of simultaneously stabilizing r-tuple of single-input, single-output plants by one controller of fixed order. These necessary conditions are useful for designing low order regulators and can be easily calculated in the case of single input or single output systems by solving a standard linear programming problem.
