Abstract

QUICK and reliable methods have been developed for the assay of the components of two binary mixtures of some veterinary drugs, namely:amprolium HCl-ethopabate and amprolium HCl - sulfaquinoxaline. The two components have been simutaneously determined by the zero-crossing method of the first derivative of UV absorption spectra of the mixture. The method has been applied, successfully, for the determination of the assay of some veterinary drugs.
