Abstract

The thermodynamic stability and the dynamic properties of the skyrmions was analyzed for the Bose-Einstein ferromagnets. The ferromagnetic Bose-Einstein condensate showed line-like vortex excitations and also the pointlike topological excitations which are termed the skyrmions. The general properties of the skyrmions were studied such as the spin texture, the superfluid velocity profile, and the density profile. The energetic stability of the skyrmion was investigated and was found thermodynamically unstable and tended to decrease to microscopic sizes.
