Abstract
This chapter reviews and discusses social development in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) through the following four basic aspects: (a) social development in the UAE, (b) social work in the UAE, (c) sustainable development in the UAE, and (d) the sustainable development goals (SDGs) in the UAE. These four topics will cover their themes based on the available details. The information is gathered and collected from different sources that are mainly Arabic references and resources.
