Abstract
The study examines the impact of human resource (HR) practices like salary, training and development, performance appraisal and along with remuneration and employee attitude on employee productivity among the government entities in United Arab Emirates (UAE). The data were collected through a structured questionnaire from 396 respondents of different government entities. The findings through structural equation model (SEM) indicates that there is a significant and positive impact of salary, training and development, performance appraisal, remuneration and employee attitude, and innovation on the employee productivity of governmental entities in UAE. This empirical research would be of great support to the HR managers, policymakers, and other stakeholders to make some strategic decisions to improve the productivity of the employees.
