N2 - This study examines the influence of CSR on employee green behaviour through employee well-being and personal environmental norms. Furthermore, it examines the moderating role of hotel environmental strategy on these relationships. The proposed model was validated using of 988 hotels’ employees. The findings revealed that CSR is a key driver of employee green behaviour. Employee well-being and personal environmental norms partially mediate this relationship. Personal environmental norms is a key driver of green behaviour. Furthermore, the findings indicate that hotel environmental strategy moderates these relationships. The findings of this study enrich our knowledge about the social outcomes of CSR. A key practical implications are justified and explained.
